RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 16, 1988 as Robinsons Realty and Management Corporation primarily to acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise, and to own, develop, sell, mortgage, lease, and hold for investment or otherwise, real estate of all kinds. On April 15, 2021, the SEC approved the change in name to the present one as well as the change in primary purpose to that of a real estate investment trust.
RCR's principal investment mandate is to invest on a long-term basis in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate assets, located in major central business districts and key cities and urban areas across the country. The Company's sponsor is Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC).
As of December 31, 2025, RCR comprises of 38 commercial real estate assets across the Philippines with an aggregate gross leasable area (GLA) of 1,151,915 sqm. The portfolio includes commercial spaces primarily leased for office and retail purposes, with limited retail spaces in select properties to support the needs of the office tenants. Among its properties are Robinsons Equitable Tower, Exxa-Zeta Tower, Robinsons Summit Center, Robinsons Magnolia, and Robinsons Novaliches, among others.
