Megawide Construction Corporation (MWIDE) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 28, 2004 primarily as a general construction company. Since its incorporation, the Company has engaged in the development and/or operations of high-value and essential projects, currently under property and real estate.
The Company is an active proponent of the government's infrastructure program. MWIDE and its subsidiaries have completed several projects, including the Mactan Cebu International Airport and the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, and have ongoing projects such as the Baguio City Integrated Terminal Project and the Cavite Rapid Transport, Inc.
As of December 31, 2025, MWIDE's subsidiaries include PH1 World Developers, Inc., Megawide Land, Inc., Megawide Construction (BVI) Corporation, MWM Terminals, Inc., Megawide Terminals, Inc., Megawide International Limited, Cebu2World Development, Inc., Wide-Horizons, Inc., Tiger Legend Holdings Limited, Megawide OneMobility Corporation, Tunnel Prefab Corporation, Mega Evolution Land, Inc., Megawide Dreamrise Residences, Inc., Megawide GMR Construction JV, Inc., and Altria East Land, Inc.
