Omico Corporation (OM) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 30, 1968. Its corporate term was extended for another 50 years from and after the date of expiration of its first 50-year term on August 29, 2018.
The Company's main business activities are mining exploration and property development. It is licensed to operate, prospect, mine, and deal with all kinds of ores, metals, and minerals. The property development segment is engaged in the marketing and sale of real estate and evaluation of future development of other real estate properties.
In 2012, OM relinquished its rights and obligations in the Macawiwili mining project but remains an active minority investor in the venture. The Company also expanded its business scope and diversified its operations into property investment, development of low-cost subdivision housing units, and investment in joint venture (JV) projects with OM as landowner and the JV partner as developer.
The Company holds 100% interest in both Omico Kapital Corporation and Omico Mining Inc. The two subsidiaries have no commercial operations as of December 31, 2025.
